Renee Zellweger held an intimate birthday party for 15 guests at her New York City apartment.
While many Hollywood stars were in the city over last week for the Tribeca film festival, the Chicago actress opted for a low key celebration to mark her turning 42 at her home in Manhattan.
Among the guests on Saturday were several industry big hitters, including producer Harvey Weinstein, Managing Director of the Creative Artists Agency Bryan Lourd, and Renee’s long-time manager John Carrabino, with a source telling the New York Post newspaper the party was “very grown-up.”
Renee who split from actor Bradley Cooper at the end of March after dating him for two years held a more public party on her actual birthday, Monday, at the city’s Indochine restaurant, where she
was spotted with hotelier Andre Balazs, who was described as “very attentive”, although they are not thought to be dating.
