Taboo welcomes son

Taboo and partner Jaymie Dizon have welcomed a baby boy.
The Black Eyed Peas singer - real name Jaime Luis Gomez - announced the new arrival of son Journey Jameson Gomez via a series of posts on his Twitter page on Tuesday. 
"This is it 4:05am it's time wifey and I are heading to the hospital contractions lasting 30-47 sec (seconds) between 3-5 min (minutes) it's time go time!!" he posted. "3 cm dilated journey is on his way good times.... Wife is doing fine... I'm doing my part... (sic)"
He added later: "Baby jalen born 2:57 pm yessssssss, I am so excited !!!!!! Sorry wrong name so excited I said jalen (it's Journey Jameson gomez). Baby Journey is here pea-ple.. Love u all for supporting."
The couple are already parents to 2-year-old Jimmy Jalen. Taboo also has an 18-year-old son named Josh from a previous relationship. 
The Black Eyed Peas recently announced that they have begun preliminary work on their new LPand plan to begin recording later this year. 
The band will also open a music academy in New York City aimed at teaching 13 to 19 year olds skills in voice and multimedia.
