Brooke Mueller miller back on drugs?

Brooke Mueller has fueled speculation she has returned to her old habits.

According to TMZ, Mueller who has two children with actor Charlie Sheen has refused to submit to a drug test.

Sources say Brooke has “fallen off the wagon and has been out of control over the last few days.”

Brooke was even seen at a an Inglewood pawn shop Thursday trying to pawn a watch and a stereo.

Under her custody settlement agreement with Sheen, Brooke  is required to submit to drug testing.  A test was scheduled to take place Friday. the people conducting the test came to her home but Brooke’s lawyer Ron Rale who was present, told them she would not take the test.

Under the settlement, a refusal is considered a dirty test, TMZ reports.

Reports in March claimed Sheen believes Mueller has been making money from their kids.

“Charlie hasn’t seen the twins in person since they were removed from his home last Tuesday,” a source told PopEater.

“He’s getting more and more frustrated every day, seeing pictures of them with their mother as she parades them all over LA like some sort of sick photo opportunity.

“This wouldn’t be the first time Brooke has sought to profit from media exposure.

“Brooke negotiated a million-dollar deal to sell her wedding pictures to Charlie back in 2008. She also tried to sell images of her newborn twins back in 2009. She loves being in the spotlight as much as Charlie.”
