
Gwyneth Paltrow has made exercise a priority for each member of her family.
The actress who raises son Moses and daughter Apple with husband Chris Martin told Self magazine that her brood have to look after themselves.
“Being active is part of our life. Moses is 5 now and Apple’s turning 7, and they dance around with me. Apple is really into ballet and flamenco dancing now,” Paltrow said. “Taking care of yourself is being there for your kids, like how on a plane, they tell you to put on your oxygen mask first.”
Paltrow recently admitted the hardest part of her body to keep looking good is her butt.
The Country Strong star works out almost every day to stay in shape, and when she first started getting serious about exercise
and healthy eating her trainer Tracy Anderson told she needed to change her “square” derriere.
“My butt! My butt, butt, butt,” Gwyneth said. “When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was like, ‘Yeah? Good luck.’ The amazing thing is, she was right! And it’s still changing!”
