Kate Hudson wants to direct!

Kate Hudson plans to step behind the camera.

The actress says she’s not looking to follow her mother Goldie Hawn as an aging screen beauty because she can’t keep up with the pressure to look perfect all the time.

“I’ve been looking for the right thing to direct because I can’t sit in the makeup chair for two hours all the time. I’m gonna get old. I’ve always been behind the camera anyway so I’ve gotten opportunities to watch some really amazing directors. I’ve learned a lot.”

Meanwhile, Kate says she “hates” how big her breasts have become since being pregnant.

The 31-year-old actress who is expecting her first child with British musician Matt Bellamy does not like how much her body is changing because it means she cannot wear the clothes she wants to, although she does admit they are fun for “certain things”.

“I hate it. I’m usually an A cup and I’m getting close to a D cup. Big breasts are fun for certain things and really not fun for other things,” she said.

“Plus, I love fashion, and having big breasts is not ideal for certain looks. They’re way more fun when you’re not in your clothes. Then, they’re a blast!”

Kate who also has seven-year-old son from ex-husband Chris Robinson also reveals she is unlikely to be getting married to Muse star Matt any time soon.

“I wouldn’t count it out but Matthew and I kind of skipped that part and went right to the good stuff,” she said
