Sofia Vergara a suffocating mother

Sofia Vergara is a bunny boiler!

The 38-year-old Colombian model and actress admits she’s more than a little suffocating when it comes to caring for her son Manolo even though he is almost 19.

“I never stop being a mother,” says Sofia.

“The good thing is that now my son has a cellphone it’s so easy to find out where he is and what he’s doing no matter where I am. He can even send me a picture to prove he is where he says so it’s really handy.”

Sofia recently revealed she was teased for her “toothpick” figure when she was a little girl.

“I was ridiculously skinny. They called me ‘palillo’, which means toothpick in Spanish,” she said.

“I was still skinny, but suddenly I had these big boobs. It was terrible! I used to tell my mother, ‘I’m going to cut these off as soon as I turn 18′.

Sofia says she maintains her curvy figure by eating cake every day.
